1 on 1 Training
Fully customized experience based on your goals, needs, and schedule. In addition to movement assessments and training, these sessions included lifestyle assessments and coaching to improve overall wellness and performance. Can be done in your home, local gym, or online.
Small Group
Small group training is done in groups of 2-8. This style of training includes movement and lifestyle assessments. This means training can be do for the group goal, with exercises personalized to each individuals strengths and areas for improvement. Can be done in a variety of in person locations, online or split.
Team Training
For groups of 8 or more with similar health, athletic or performance goals. Training is focused on injury reduction and performance. Movement, performance and sport specific testing will be arranged based on the needs of your team.
Wellness Coaching
For those who want to be efficient with improving their health, or have been stuck and don’t know how to move forward in their wellness journey. Lifestyle and movement assessments help us unpack your top areas of focus and help you prioritize and be accountable to building the new habits you need to move forward.
Breath Work and Restorative Movement
Individualized sessions that equip people on how to use their breath and movement to improve mental well being.
